Minonzio's production is planned and programmed as a function of the specifications coming from the customers' orders.

Quality

The Quality System is a deliberate company policy, instituted by the Management with the purpose of introducing, maintaining and documenting, in an on-going manner, a system of activities necessary for guaranteeing the characteristics demanded in products and services provided by Minonzio S.r.l. and their continuous improvement. 

The Quality Program has been implemented through the application of the following documents:

  • The Quality System Manual 

  • The Quality System Management Procedure 

  • Work instructions for the fabrication and inspection of products

  • Forms defined by the Manual for the procedures and instructions described above.

Achieving quality has only been possible by working in a systematic manner using well-thought out procedures for the purpose of improving all of the elements that make up the production system to eliminate every possibility of error and provide more and more benefits to our customers.

Minonzio S.r.l. has obtained QUALITY CERTIFICATION under UNI EN ISO 9002, from BVQI Italia, since 1997.

Today, following requests from several important customers, we've decided to expand our program and obtain an additional Quality System Certification under QS9000, 3rd Edition.
